Job description

Diagenode (a Hologic company) is an international biotech company that develops and commercializes innovative instruments and reagents systems for the life science research and molecular diagnostics.

As a member of the Logistics team, the employee participates in daily operations such as goods receipt, sales order entry, picking, packing and shipping. He/She reports to the Logistics Manager.

Key responsibilities

  • Picking, packing and shipping of sales orders;
  • Shipment tracking, management of internal requests and transportation document;
  • Goods receipt, storage and maintenance of physical stocks and ERP. Analysis of any gaps between the physical inventory and the computer system;
  • Sales order entry and management in the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX);
  • Regular contacts by phone and e-mail with international customers, suppliers and carriers;
  • Support to the Logistics manager in various tasks and projects of the department;
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and the quality system (ISO 13485).

Job requirements

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor in Logistics
  • French / English
  • Well organized, rigorous and accurate
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Dynamic and stress resistant
  • Experience with the Office suite, good knowledge of an ERP, preferably MS Dynamics AX
  • Experience in a ISO13485 environment is a plus

CDI, day-time schedule, full time, 5 days a week.
